Not much I could recommend.

Minpunten

Lack of clear direction and support for the sales team, especially those far away from HQ. No transparency at the time, the layoffs of 2017 were communicated quite hastily and not well organised.

Resources are really limited, there's often a lot of organization change. strategy changes really quickly without structure
