Things I like most about Spaceteams are 1. it is open with company decisions and situations. The leadership is very open about the current situations of the company, the success we achieved and how everyone is awarded by it, the difficulties we are facing and how we plan to process it. Everyone feels involved. 2. It supports the development of each employee. On top of spacetimes we are doing on fridays when you can read up and learn knowledges you need for the project or on your interest, we have space brunches every month where you can bring talks with you or learn what others need to say. If you have individual needs like learning German or other wishes it is generally being supported. 3. Flexible working time. We have 10-16 as core working time which in theory everyone needs to be at work but it can be talked about with your team and it is generally very flexible. 4. Team spirit. We work as teams.

We are a fully remote company - which is might not for everyone. We do have onsite, team event and for women ladies night planned every month or every couple of month, but if you need contact with people or colleagues everyday, it can be difficult.

There are so many: first of all it’s a fully remote company. This is good for my current situation as a mother of a 4 year old, who wanted to work part time. In fact I even increased my hours since I have now much shorter commutes as in the last job. Second: I have the freedom and have the ownership of my decisions at my department and I truly believe that the company trusts me a lot. Third: we are a small company and have very short decision making ways! Last but not least: We have so many nice things that we can participate in! We are having Team Events once a month, we get some feel-good packages to our homes, we even can get some corona packages with masks and tests for free. We have a lot of wearable merchandise, which are very comfy.

You can't grasp the whole vibe of the team since we work remotely.
