Most of the positive reviews written on here are done by the internal HR rep or current employees that are "encouraged" to positively review the company. The majority of the production staff is very unhappy and actively looking for other opportunities. This company has been plagued with poor management and business strategy since it failed as 120Sports. Multiple rounds of layoffs to the production staff, yet the people in charge of the business and programming have remained the same since 120Sports. I would highly discourage working here if you have other employment opportunities. It is a dead end.
