Pluspunten

Close-knit group of employees, management is transparent, the onboarding process was easy to digest as a new employee coming on. Relative to the size of the agency there are quite a few employees that have worked there 5, 10, 15+ years out of it's 25 year history which is always a good culture sign. Compensation is competitive and I was quite pleased with the amount of PTO offered. Standing Partnership also offers an ESOP which can be lucrative to employees and helps build an ownership mindset amongst colleagues. They have a nice office space in downtown Clayton. As of late 2024, new hires have flexibility between a hybrid schedule, fully remote, or full time in the office, if desired.

Minpunten

Nothing major comes to mind. I feel compelled to call out that Standing Partnership employees and management are ~90% female. As a male, I enjoyed this as it felt like more of a collaborative, supportive environment than what I've experienced at previous agencies.

Pluspunten

- Free Beverages - Opportunity to grow your career (but, the pay is under industry standards and junior level employees are expected to work well over 45+ hours a week) - Female owned (only the type of women that tear others down rather than supporting each other) - Pay for some career training - Offer annual bonuses

Minpunten

- Different standards and expectations based on level of seniority and popularity in the office (For example, the flexible work schedule and ability to work from home was one of the key benefits they promoted. Once you start, it's strongly recommended that you're in the office 8-5) - Zero diversity - It's a toxic "mean girl" work culture that creates unnecessary competition between employees rather than encouraging growth and collaboration - Very stuffy and corporate environment despite promoting progressive workspace - Lack of accountability and finger pointing when things go wrong (even from managers and leadership) - Take advantage of new graduates and offer sub-par entry level salaries
