Benefícios (vale alimentação e refeição com valores acima do mercado, ótimo plano de saúde, e previdência privada), horário flexível, o escritório é bem localizado e a infraestrutura é muito boa.

Minpunten

Estratégia da empresa mal definida, com constante mudança de foco. Quantidade enorme de cargos altos (diretores, gerentes executivos, gerentes, etc.), e pequena de mão-de-obra. Time de desenvolvimento é externo, o que dificulta muito a qualidade da entrega final. Desalinhamento entre os líderes e seus times, contribuem para um clima pouco amigável entre as equipes, que se confrontam por não estarem alinhadas em busca do mesmo objetivo.

Startup with great potential, chance to develop new products, flexible hours, most of the coworkers are great, talented people and a pleasure to work with.

Minpunten

New player in a consolidated market, to slow to develop new stuff, misses time to market, rely too much on a few "less than great employees" who get way more credit than they deserve.
