As a concept, a great idea. Some of the higher staff were very accommodating and kind and were open to career progression, but unfortunately they also terminated their employment towards the end of my time there.

Hard to choose where to start... maybe the fact they give the impression of Stint being like a family/a lovely community to be a part of, but in reality the vast majority of the people working there are beyond fake and will speak about you behind your back - extremely unprofessional and reflects how young (immature) the staff are. I joined under the promise that it was a "3 day minimum" role, and yes, when I asked to take my days down from the *5* that they allocated me (knowingly giving me one of my two days off on the day of my other job - meaning I had one day off per week) they seemed willing to cooperate, but it was met with vague disapproval that I was letting everyone else's hard work down: this is not what I signed up for, yet kept the full five-day weeks out of the pressure I perceived from other staff members. It is also an extremely intense environment to work in for such long shifts (ten hours) and over so many days per week, and people can be extremely catty and rude. If you speak up about this to a superior, you are simply told: "It's a start-up, and it used to be way worse" - so apparently, you are expected to tolerate things just because staff used to be even more intolerable a few months ago. This was said in relation to all of the many issues that they had, including when one of the CEOs would act passive aggressively towards you if you made as much as a typo in a message (which happened on two separate occasions during my time there). As mentioned in other reviews, one staff member will tell you one thing only for you to get criticised by another for doing it, meaning there is little organisation between senior members which you then feel the brunt of for your "mistakes". I also really would have appreciated being told that I had not gotten the job which I applied for, especially after the person in charge of those roles and interviewed me had told me that I had - extremely unprofessional and quite frankly embarrassing to seemingly revoke the job offer because of what seems to be a personal dislike (which I was completely unaware of: see again how the other members of staff will be fake towards you). Oh, and odds are you won't get paid - was underpaid over £500 - wouldn't have received it at all had I not gone through my payslip and counted up the hourly rates
