Pluspunten

Great team who support one another. My manager helps me grow and is very understanding. Team is very stable.

Minpunten

Remote work which is a positive and a negative. Would like some office interaction but then again lots of advantages to remote work.

Pluspunten

Flexible management. Good amount of freedom. A lot of opportunities to learn technologies you might have never known otherwise. Work alongside experts in the field who are more than happy to train and teach you. Work with friendly peers, managers, and owners. Free coffee and tea. Flexible lunch breaks. Perfect job for someone trying to get into IT or learn hands on with HCI systems and other high tech hardware/software.

Minpunten

You might have to become a master in the art of communicating through broken English. Yes, that means you will learn to talk in broken English. This will be a very handy skill to learn. You might do tasks you weren’t expecting. This can be a pro if you like to mix it up some days. A social butterfly might find themselves getting a little bit lonely sometimes. Might not be an issue for most people. Hard to find cons.
