The role primarily consists of mundane operational responsibilities and follows a generally consistent scheduling structure, with two consecutive days off depending on business needs and staffing arrangements. Every two years, Store Managers from all locations participate in a company-sponsored conference held at a fully funded destination, focused on professional networking, collaboration, and organizational discussions.

1. Work Environment and Support: Lack of strong support system and a more cohesive work environment. Unfortunately, these concerns went unaddressed, significantly affecting the overall job satisfaction. The changes to the monthly bonus structures make it nearly impossible to achieve the promised incentives, resulting in a lack of motivation.
