-No work life balance - working until 1 am is not just normal, but expected -Extremely hierarchical - partners are gods and no culture of teamwork -Dubai office is not diverse and very cliquey, making it difficult to get projects -Poor resource management - takes a long time to get staffed on projects you are interested in -Uncertain future due to relationship with PwC and likelihood of merging eventually
