Sodas in the kitchen, some good snacks. They used to have some really smart and experienced people that were great to learn from but they fired them.
Minpunten
Fire heavy culture. They just let go of a very large group of people recently and this is not a new thing they've started doing. No one is safe (not even C Level) and everyone was always scared they were going to be next. Firing based on performance is very rare, politics or managers/leadership not liking a certain individuals is more common which is very sad and shouldn't ever be the case. Projects lack leadership, follow through, and accountability. Essentially nothing ever gets done because nothing is seen to completion. I was underpaid here and actually was not paid my full salary for the first 3 months I worked here which is something I've never seen an organization do. They will give you worthless "stock" in the company to offset being underpaid. Health insurance was awful here and I actually ended up going into debt for a short time to pay for new contact lenses and glasses because hardly anything was covered. The product is a joke and doesn't solve enough problems to justify the price and is way too manual to use for adoption in mass markets or large groups of people. Marketing is a joke, email is way overused, severe lack of best practice knowledge for product marketing here as well as marketing procedures, operations, reporting and KPIs is missing so marketing isn't accountable for the funnel to sales. Sales simply isn't making sales. Period. They've said they're adding 200 jobs in a PR move but that simply isn't true. Also, that "new office" they have said they're building to accommodate those jobs simply isn't being built. Honestly, if you value your career, job security, and want to work with good people stay far away from this place.
