In my 7 Years of experience, this is the worst company I have ever seen. People have to think before joining here. Specially for technical support engineer for their product stratus. The management seat in US and 2-3 support engineer seat here in India and the old aged man handle these team. The old aged manager handling 3-4 max and that to all are unsatisfied. There is partiality between the odl employee and the new joined employee. New joined employee to many politics. They think there product is very complex but I would like to inform them please come out of your comfort zone and try other competative products, you people will understand what is the value for your product. Management is worst then their product. The 85 years old guy is manager who is simply conducts meetings and keeps on syaing the same thing again and again. This old age manager does not have a brain, do not remember what he said and what he commited, For new joined employee they force to work in night shift but initially they commited as rotational every 3 months but for new joined employee they force continues night and for old employee they provide what ever shift they want. They asked me to come to office and I was the only employee to come office in night shift and security gaurd is to sleep in the reception and I am the only employee in entire office, if something happens inside then who is responsible, Irresponsible managemenet>> Worst management, I have ever seen such behavior from my last 7 years, I have working experience with more then 4 companies they never did like that. I really say worst management. If you join here, you will spoil your life. Initially I thought I am the only one targetted but no I am wrong, there were many 3-4 people left before I join Stratus>> they had same concern. I write here my suggestion, I am writting this review with pain what I have experienced but Now my life is settled I am in very Good company and work life and personal life well balanced. Please read this review before you join such companies, I usually awaoid goving review but this review might help someone.
