No communication or training - werkgeversreview Maintenance Technician bij Summit Management Group

From the outside it looks like a great company. After working here for just 1 month it is the most unprofessional and incompetent company I have ever worked for. No training and no guidance for how things are run. Absolutely no structure. You are pretty much coming in and telling them how YOU think they should run the business. Upper management does not care, they say they do but they just want the money and that’s it. Don’t even consider it, seriously.
