Chaotic tasking; juniors get complex work while seniors get easy tasks, 4. Repetitive workflow with very few opportunities to learn new skills, 5. Promised raises after probation are consistently delayed with excuses, 6. Employees are frequently terminated abruptly without notice or valid reason.
