Prior to joining the team at Symplicity Designs I had been searching for a company where I could grow to my full potential while helping others and making a difference. Sure, I had worked many places before that had great staff, fun work environment, challenging work, and good pay. However, I always felt like at the end of the day, there was something missing. I felt like the work I had done that day wasn’t making much of a difference. At Symplicity Designs, this is no longer the case. I can truly say that the team is passionate about making a positive impact in Atlantic Canada by helping businesses prosper. Although the long days and car rides aren’t always easy, they are worth it; for our clients and myself. The feeling of making a difference with my work motivates me to get better every day. Greatness happens only by design.

Having two locations (Halifax and Moncton) means that we aren't able to work directly with everyone on a daily basis.

Fast-paced environment: Projects move quickly, so if you prefer a slow, highly structured pace, the learning curve can feel steep at first. (That said, teammates are always willing to help you ramp up.) Growing pains: Rapid expansion means processes occasionally lack structure initially, but leadership actively seeks staff input to fix gaps.
