Solid product portfolio from front to back. Synopsys treats employees with respect. The company is very efficient, yet cost conscious. Well run organization.

Minpunten

Limited career growth as few people leave the company. Transitioning to another team/product group is not handled well, and rarely done.

Flexible work environment, above average salary

Company is very unstable after the merger of Ansys with Synopsys. They are going through a massive restructuring, and my entire team is being replaced by automation and overseas outsourcing.
