Traditional & Typical way of working in Japan would be expected. A lot of Settai ( dinners with customers) and golfing is required.

Company is very unstable after the merger of Ansys with Synopsys. They are going through a massive restructuring, and my entire team is being replaced by automation and overseas outsourcing.
