It's evident that if you are in the clique or if you're close to the manager, you just do the bare minimum and get promoted almost every year. Those who actually do their work receive zero recognition. Managers unable to draw the line between friendship and professionalism. - If you're not part of the clique, chances are, you get bullied to do everything. - Not sure why there is no bonus when the company is doing very well. Taking advantage of the covid situation in my opinion. - Expect sexual harassment but there is no point going to HR about it as they will just transfer you out of the outlet and not tackling the root problem and the cycle repeats. - Systems and software are very old, outdated and slow. Company does not see the use in investing in them but expect you to adapt and do well. - No staff welfare
