Off-shore support - Entire company is running from off-shore support only, no actual implementation stories they have which makes it hard to sell their services. 4. No Structure of Work - Your reporting manager would be different, and someone who is asking for updates would be different.

Designation and Payment encourage us to do work. Work culture disappoints developers.

Always push the developers to work without a properly documented plan. Designation is related to one role, but reality is to do multiple roles related works. Even if your hard work and talent are appreciated, immediately make a plan to confuse developers, and finally tell us aggressively need to focus on Listening Skills and clearly explain the technical aspects to the non-technical persons.
