* Sachin N (CEO) is making only worth less promises. * This company was earlier named as Twinprimelab you can check review of that company as well on glasdoor. * ( TwinPrimelab To Techprimelab) till now its having only 18 - 20 employees. * CEO is always making promise that we will grow to 200 to 500 from last 5 years. * At begging there was experience employees but from last 3 years they are only having freshers and interns they also don't even stay longer in this company. * Right now there is no experience employee to learn from. * Now they have started having 2 years bond with freshers. * Techprimelab cant even afford office boy one of the management person is doing all toilet and table cleaning work. * Most of the time work is only done for creating POC to get clients but only few clients gets in but don't last long. * Management will always shuffle you on different projects and technology. * Leave policy is pathetic. * No team outing. * No HR. * No employee engagement activity. * Its true that for CEO will not give response to your resignation latter and wont give you salary for last month , experience latter and form16 if you are working on any live project. * CEO keeps 50k - 70k of CTC's part as bonus to just hold employee that they will stay at least a year to get that amount. * Don't join this company this company
