Please pay attention to the other reviews! The only reason why TAL has 5 star reviews is because managers ask new staff to leave a review at the end of their first week! Staff who have been at TAL for longer have more accurate reviews and there’s a common reason why these reviews are 1 star… it’s because TAL is a awful place to work. During the interview process they’ll tell you that there is plenty of progression opportunities available where as in reality there aren’t any and your expected to meet unrealistic deadlines, expectations and suffer ridiculous amounts of pressure for minimum wage. Most staff have never had a pay rise even if they’ve been with the business for years!! Management is toxic, only think about theirselves and throw their staff under the bus to make themselves look better. Managers gossip about their staff and there is absoloutly no confidentiality. Unfortunately, TAL is a toxic company run by toxic managers and you should avoid at all costs!!!
