No training provided to the engineers. All projects are based on operations which caused engineers to not improve themselves after working with TTS for years. Poor management. Uncomfortable job environment. So many people were on unpaid leave due to lack of projects. After acquisition, managers were not able to answer questions honestly and managers were asking employees to look for a job. Working at TTS was like being afraid of unemployment or unpaid leave every moment.
