Pay wasn't bad, but bonuses we're not related to individual performance (also paid out annually instead of quarterly).
Minpunten
Outdated tech stack with no desire to change or make things better. Development is all offshore, so timezone and communication barriers make the product/development partnership very weak. Leadership claims to be innovative and supportive of making things better, but when ideas were proposed, the response was almost always "we can start to talk about that next year".
