The lowest salary, impossible to have a raise, old manners to manage the company, you'll never be motivated by your boss. The bosses, never give you the chance to improve ways to solve tasks. The bosses are afraid of the changes.

They pay always at the right time, great status, nice installations, good food, very nice contacts, great vitrine for future jobs

Horrible everyday schedule of work, meetings every days, your are not owner of your free time, you work on weekends with not extra salary or extra hours paid, the environment is the worst to work, always they treat you like a slave
