You will not be happy here this is only good for temporary work. They pay you less than what you do and make for them. There is so much turn overs that even the new techs are applying for new jobs the first day! Please save yourself the headache it’s not good for your mental or emotional well being. Training is horrible and expect you to know everything if not they’ll threaten you with a write up. If you call off because your sick they will find a way to write you up for it

Terrible management, very unorganized , and always new management every 6 months.
Turnover is high employees realize in the long run how much the company does not care about them and their is no future here for career growth.
They cheat and steal from not only their own employees but their customers
Pick favorites and decides who gets a raise or bonus
Toxic work environment. Never know what’s going on within the company
Discrimination and racist behavior
No room for growth and no training will literally throw you to the wolves and write you up for every little mistake you make even though they never taught or train you on it !
