A controlling, nasty, self serving owner. He warned everyone not to open mail with his name on it like he was hiding something! We all found out he indeed was!!

the team made it worth going to work

everything else. Run. Run as fast as you can and don’t look back. Owner runs everything backwards. Not sure what the point of the managers are considering nothing anyone does is ever good enough for her. Owner is seriously not mentally stable enough to be running a business. You will find some place better that isn’t worth the physical and mental stress this place will put you through.
