The management staff doesn’t respect or appreciate their employees. They’re stuck in this corporate mindset and only care about the bottom line. If you decide to “volunteer” to take on more work and cover for multiple other people in their absence it’s not seen as helpful but what’s expected and they won’t even say thankyou. The managers only care about their own self imagine at the end of the day and if it comes down to it you’ll be thrown out.
