Pluspunten
Like many other small companies, Triassic Solutions has its pros and cons. The best thing is that the employees get their salary on the last working day of the month. The company is a good option for freshers who start their carrier as they will get comparatively better training, better salary hike and they will be familiar with different technologies. (Note: continuing in same domain will depends on their luck :-) )
Minpunten
The down side is as follows, The company used to promise hikes at the time of joining (For eg.6 months confirmation hike) and in between, the organization changes its policy. Finally, the employee gets screwed up. The big trap is, they won’t give experience certificate before completing 1.5 years in the organization. The company doesn’t require any experienced people as they don’t need any quality coding. They only need hard work. They used to replace 6 or 8 years experienced people with half a year experienced guy with out the knowledge of the client and the new guy mention the same name of previous employee to customer so that the customer will not be aware of the person changes . The company doesn’t keep any work culture. The client decides the work load and the employees need to suffer on that. i.e sitting late night is a usual thing in the organization. Late night means, coming by morning 8 am and leaving by next day morning 8 or 10. Even though the employees left by morning 8 or 10, they need to come back by 1pm or 2pm. The funniest thing is that the company gives onsite opportunities (to US) to employees for 6 months by using the visiting visa. The people went for onsite doesn’t get time to go out even in Sundays. One of my friends shared his bitter experience on a day when he faced stomach issues - he went to toilet by taking the laptop. They felt onsite as an imprisonment. The other thing is, a person who went for onsite twice from Triassic doesn’t get visa for next time as the person spends nearly 6 months in both the previous cases and the US government sends them back. The people who are planning to join Triassic, especially experienced people, please have a basic idea on the nature of the organization. Please try to communicate with the people who left or experienced with Triassic.
