10yThank you for responding and acknowledging what's working well. But, I'm sorry to hear you had a poor experience with a few things.
However , we 100% believe in our employees. Which is reflected in our recently selected as a Top Company on Glassdoor & the Denver Business Journal (voted on by our employees).
And, we haven't changed our compensation plans in months, so not sure how things may have changed for you. That said, we don't get everything right all the time, but our hearts are certainly in the right place.
