Whose left of Upper Management seemingly has no higher level management experience, causing speed bumps, mistrust and inner conflict. Verbal abuse by long standing employees and management - employees are made to feel incompetent and attacked for physical appearance. Many great people have left the company as well, no incentive for staying on. Promotions and recognition are unthoughtful, unprofessional and arbitrary. Incredibly fickle and mistrustful culture. One day would feel like you were the golden employee, and the next day you would be made to feel you could be fired at any minute One or two truly "bad seed" employees that were not removed when they were causing the entire company to suffer Input not often heard, HR holds no real power
