Pluspunten
The team I worked on was great - the advisors were supportive and gave me a lot of opportunities to make my role an analyst type position. UBS looks good on a resume especially if you can stretch your responsibilities/ do more than just admin work. If I didn’t work for this team I would have been looking for a new position earlier.
Minpunten
The office was very dysfunctional and unprofessional. Our admin manager would try to disrupt teams and create problems. Management definitely does not truly care about your growth and development. They do not support you moving out of a CSA role no matter how many exams or designations you pass as I noticed with several other associates jn our office. The only “development” offered is administrative development. If you don’t take it upon yourself to learn more and teach yourself more, you will be stuck doing the same thing for extremely low pay for the rest of your life. The compensation is embarrassing and not competitive. The company / offices no longer award bonuses so it’s basically up to your FAs to dish out large percentage of their production to you
