Definitely need to fit in to move anywhere. HR department is non-existent, so if any complications arise and you're not buddy-buddy with management, you tend to be degraded privately between management. Sometimes it's public discrimination. Most management have been in their positions for far too long, and are taking advantage of that by delegating ALL of their management responsibilities to newer employees. The expectations for new employees are insanely high, considering management doesn't devote a proper amount of time in developing their team.
