Fresher in some projects nothing you will learn.. if u join, take experience.. go and join another company.. no hikes, no promotions.. project to project it depends

The team culture was the standout. Collaborative, supportive, and genuine. People wanted to see each other succeed and that showed up every day. The dedicated customer model as a Network Design Engineer I also gave the work real depth and ownership. You are solving meaningful problems for one customer rather than bouncing between accounts constantly. The technical work was engaging and kept me sharp

Minpunten

Compensation was the weak spot. Pay sat below market rate for the role and skillset. Not drastically, but noticeably. Engineers with strong backgrounds should be aware of that going in and negotiate accordingly.
