Each person has a desire and passion to see the entire company succeed and is always willing to help out in anyway they can. The culture is just simply - Amazing! It's not often that you find a company, where you're excited to come into work everyday. There is so much to learn and there are a lot of opportunities to grow in your professional development.

One of the downsides is seeing people depart the business. The people they hire are exceptional individuals and you really feel like part of a team, so it's difficult to see people leave. Another downside is not having streamline processes in place. The company is still a startup and growing (so it's to be expected), but that can be difficult at times. The flip side to this, is that it allows us all to contribute to making things efficient and helping us all learn along this journey of growing the organization.
