If you go over contract, you are chastised for requiring an amendment. If you are under, you are chastised for not working enough on the project (even if you delivered high-quality work). - Need to set boundaries or you will be constantly working evenings and weekends. Even then, they look down on you for not "chipping in" - Management are cold and rude. - They might be out of business by the end of the year considering the turnover
