Pluspunten
Interesting projects, if you are a beginner the ton of work you will get will help your skills develop fast (ps. you won't be able to present any project in your portfolio)
Minpunten
- Poor and toxic management. - Think of all stereotypes about HR, their HR manager fits them all (the rest are nice normal people). - They make contracts as full-time/part-time, when they need project-based employees, so by the end of the projects you're needed for they fire the entire team, and they try to make it your fault too. - Team leaders have no experience leading teams, poor time and project management, terrible social skills that can make them very disrespectful. It feels like they are trying to set the team up especially to cover up for their mistakes. - Even though I was part-time, I worked full-time because of the crunch and poor management and still it wasn't appreciated or compensated in anyway. - You don't get to show your work anywhere online, but the CEO gets to show it on his (personal) artstation portfolio without mentioning the team members names. The presentation process is prolonged, so you don't even get to know if your work will be visible at anytime or just it is just a cancelled project. - They don't mention that your salary will be reduced because of their online payment methods. - The management team and HR are from the same nationality as the company CEO, and those are the untouchables whatever they do. Still, they claim they are an international company. - It is just too slaverish for a start-up.
