After working around 6 months they reduced the salary without my acknowledgement, as a surprise, saying that the client (IBM) requested it. I asked the client and it was said that they were happy with my work and no reduction was requested in the contract that was "on the flight". Another problem is that there are cases of people that left the company and did not received the last salary. The company abandoned people on the client, don't pay for certification, nothing.
