Bonus is pro-rated over a year so if an employee receives a $1200 bonus on January 2010, she must stay with the company until January 2011 to earn the full bonus amount - management rarely talks to non-management employees - management doesn't listen to feedbacks from non-management employees - maximum salary increase on average is 3%. To earn beyond 3%, one has to be an extraordinary performer
