I worked for this agency for 3 months on contract/ hourly basis for their client. I got paid on time always, logged in my hours, and sent them in every week. No issues with pay or conflicts on my side, if you do the work and your end user likes you then you are offered a full time position and leave the contract agency. Its a good way to get your foot in the door.

Even tho you are a contractor and your contract agency pays you and employs you, you are expected to do everything your site client asks, and asked be on their schedule and time. So that includes working holidays, working over time. Make sure to do the job and always be happy cuz with contract you can be fired at any time.
