The organization was fun at the beginning and as it matured. Archive and image exchange was built for heavy duty volume and the organization had lots of successes.

Minpunten

Management Turnover is consistent since the start, legacy employees weren't valued and most aren't there any more, management can't be wrong, organization can't sell, owners have conflicting interests and priorities which impact project/priority/strategy stops and starts.

Backed and funded by the major banks. Superior track record in the amount of petabytes under management for Fin Serv. A focused staff of excellent, deep resources in the relevant technologies and services. Has the latitude to set its own technology direction.

Minpunten

Not a widely known name outside of Fin Serv. Relatively small, and very select in its hires.
