-Zero job security, something is always going on to make one feel like their job is on the line -Organization desperately needed, no process for anything -No training or onboarding -No communication between teams, no idea what other departments are doing. -Everything done spur of the moment, nothing thought out - causes issues. -The product is sold with nothing thought out - causes major customer confusion. -401k not matched -no career path -no continued learning opportunities -Managers need management training
