Nice people working there, mostly all in the same boat trying to get a leg up and that first stepping stone as an analyst

Terrible, terrible pay. Awful, dark, dead office culture. Dishonest management and a company based on hard sales and wages below 20k which never increases.

In the past the team were expected to travel to South London but the new CEO and leadership team have introduced hybrid and work from home options. This has been well received by many of the team living further away.
