For the most part you could fly under the radar if you chose to do so. It will get your foot in the door for the Oil & Gas industry if you're happy to stay stagnant in your career.

Minpunten

The company gains value by buying smaller entities and selling them, not by improving upon these businesses. The CEO knows spreadsheets but no the business. Communication between the business units really leaves something to be desired. In my humble opinion, this is the sole reason the division I worked at was shut down.
