Pluspunten
I've been able to be part of several different areas of the bank and had opportunities to learn and grow. The managers I've worked with are dedicated and want to see you succeed. This is a performance based business. When you succeed you are rewarded. When you are not meeting minimum standards, as with any company, it is brought to your attention. This sometimes can be perceived as a need to be pushy with customers. I do not see it that way. I'm able to meet my goals by helping customers to be financially sucessful.
Minpunten
The financial compensation is inconsistant. I work with someone at my same location that is currently making 13,000 more than I am. I've got more seniority and better past and present performance. What is that all about? I've asked for raises. I've shown my manager how I've benefited our company and still nothing. I'm ready to find something new.
