Micro managing, cheap, rude owner, almost toxic, leads to counter productive/unnecessarily stressful environment. extremely high turnover. Never saw so many people leave or get laid off in such a short amount of time. Leads to doing other people’s job, with barely any training and not being appreciated it for it.

owner would just keep pushing employees to finish sinks and baths when it was impossible because the moulds were completely matenence neglected and if you tried to tell him that it is impossible to finsh it in his time frame you were fired
