Over all, honestly, not a bad place to work when and if you get scheduled but count on having more time off than scheduled working times.

At first you will have plenty of hours scheduled, this is your "training" where you are thrown under the bus, and into the deep end. They do things differently and you're expected to know how they want things served without any training at all.
Expect to feel lost, mocked, and treated like you have no idea what you are doing.
After about 2-3 weeks expect to be shifted around, hours severely reduced until you are working far less than part time and still treated as undesired because then menu shifts and you still don't know what the recipes are but you need to know how to make them on the fly.
