Pluspunten
Work Culture is one of the best (atleast in my case). Again it depends who heads that particular division. Flexibility to move around domains is very good. One can gain wider knowledge in multiple areas easily.
Minpunten
Chaotic Management at lower and mid level. Lack of capability to retain skills. Paying better salary to a good employee and retaining him/her would pay in the long term as you can get more business with a good work. I think this is not understood as we keep losing good people for not being able to pay better salary.
