You can get a break through as a fresher. Good co-employees.

No learning. They have only 1-2 products that you have to work for all time you work with Xcino. Although they use latest framework, but internally still they code old fashioned styled. In all they are running minimum 10 years back of time. MySql is used as database with .Net. this can cause you serious problem when changing organization. 9:30 - 6:30 are official timings, but even leaving office at 7 is a crime. 90% of time you have to stay late almost till 8:00 pm. And this is same even if you are a girl. Even if there is no work you have 2 stay late. no timely appraisals. You have to protest to get them done. no cab facility, even if you leave 10 in night. no meals etc. if you stay late. You are on your own. no work environment. no a/c. dirty washrooms etc. No hierarchy. 2 peoples rule here in India. Worst TL-PM (1 person, not separate position), enjoy annoying his junior employees Worst HR - . Never comes to office. 2-3 times a week not more than 2 hrs a day. TL-PM knows nothing on name of technicality. no future. it seems they don't want to grow. Happy with what they have.
