Company culture/values, amazing and nice people.

Management: Their amazing business was destroyed by poor management, forecasting/decisions.

The best thing about the company is without a doubt the colleagues. The Team is quite young and very diverse and everybody is very nice and on a personal level, even the CEO. There is absolutely no room for racism, sexism or discrimination of any kind. Also being able to work 100% remote is amazing, Also the company goals are sustainable and future-oriented and also not only preached but also practiced every day.

It feels like there is not really an opportunity for promotion. Most people who work here quit after about two years. When there is a vacancy at a higher position it almost never happens that an already employed person gets a promotion rather than somebody new is getting hired. With salary demands there is also very little room for adjustment. The company lets people go who have worked for the company for a long time and of whom the company has benefited greatly so the appreciation seems to be lacking appreciation at some point.
