The new approach blew up, big clients are leaving, and survival feels shaky. - Leadership is top-down and out of touch with reality. - Management churn is constant, both in regions and at HQ. - Zero transparency – they hype the good news, bury the bad, and staff often find out the truth from the media instead of internally.

thank you for taking the trouble to send us feedback which we greatly appreciate. the platform strategy with the three verticals, i.e. wealth management, credit and insurance, has now been communicated multiple times in townhalls by our CEO and the founder. Wishing you all the best.
