Pluspunten
PTO benefits were good but I had to negotiate that. The holidays they recognized were great with a couple extra days off that most companies don't have. The compensation was good as well, but that's about where the Pros stop.
If you are a smoker, you will like the long multiple smoke breaks you can have each day.
Minpunten
The culture and upper management was very poor. No real employee management experience with them and it showed with micromanaging and the lack of a vision for company advancement.
The office culture was poor with a lack of communication due to the maze like office structure due to multiple smaller office spaces combined together.
If you are a non-smoker, it's frustrating to track people down multiple times a day to find that they are out in the smoking area.
Not being able to use the internet during your lunch. They will track everything and use it against you if needed. If you ask for a report of it to verify their claims, they will not provide it.
